We are looking for an Investment Purchaser to join SSAB. You will be part of a Procurement organization with around 20 colleagues, with the mission to deliver high-value purchasing services that ensure our supply chains are effective and sustainable. 

Location Oxelösund.

About the position

Main responsibilities

• Take responsibility for sourcing and purchasing within investment projects and manage supplier relationships.
• Negotiate new and existing contracts within investment purchasing.
• Develop the role and work processes to ensure optimal purchasing efficiency.
• Occasional travel to visit suppliers and conduct audits.
• Participate in project meetings and other project forums.
• Experience working with ABA99 contracts is a bonus.

About You

• You have a degree in technology, economics, logistics, or law, or have gained similar qualifications and/or experience in other ways.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English are required.
• Experience in investment purchasing, business negotiations, or project management within investment projects is considered a plus.
