Operations Manager

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will hold full responsibility for leading and developing the company’s operational functions, focusing on supply chain, production, logistics, quality, and customer service. You will be a key member of the leadership team, driving efforts to strengthen efficiency, growth, and profitability in an international context.

You will report to the CEO and be based in Falkenberg.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Customer Service
• Optimize the entire value chain from purchasing to delivery and implement lean and digitalization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing and logistics regulations and quality standards
• Build strong supplier relationships and lead contract negotiations
• Develop and monitor KPIs for efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Support the CEO in translating strategy into concrete goals and operational activities

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain/Operations, preferably from a manufacturing company.
• An academic background in a relevant field.
• Solid experience in leading and developing teams in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic abilities combined with hands-on drive.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a merit.
