Your responsibilities

- Be the trusted advisor, coach and support the organization in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
- Support the goal of sustaining profitable growth of the Sales Company North by supporting the creation of our people strategy that covers all areas of HR.
- Support and contribute to the company talent and strategic workforce planning process to ensure - we are equipped with the right talent to support our business goals.
- Advise and support local employee relations topics and champion the safety, engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion agenda.

Who we are looking for

- You take full ownership of your scope and naturally build trust throughout the organization.
- You have strong communication and influencing skills and build trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have strong business acumen and high level of customer service focus.
- In a structured way you take initiatives and make the right priorities finalizing tasks.
- Strategic thinking and resilience when planning and executing tasks.

Ideally, you will also have
- Experience from an international context in a similar industry.
- A good understanding of employment law and collective agreements in the Nordics.
- Experience managing HR projects in various business cycles and a changing environment.
