Sales Manager Europe
Euroheater AS is a leading supplier of innovative and reliable heating solutions for extreme winter conditions headquartered in Oslo. Their products are used by military forces, civil defense, search and rescue teams, emergency services, and other professional users across Europe and beyond. With a focus on innovation, durability, and performance under harsh conditions, Euroheater systems support mission-critical operations where dependable heat and climate control are essential.
We are now seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager Europe to strengthen Euroheater’s growth journey and market position across Europe.
About the position
The Sales Manager Europe plays a key role in driving Euroheater’s commercial growth and market expansion within the defense sector, civil defense, civic services as well as other professional sectors. As Sales Manager Europe, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across 16 EU countries, primarily through a well-established distributor network. This is a senior individual contributor role, combining strategic distributor management with hands-on sales execution. You will work closely with the CEO and act as Euroheater’s commercial lead in Europe. Location is flexible for this position.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will collaborate closely to ensure effective strategic execution, client retention, and long-term business development.
Areas of responsibility
Own and develop sales performance across the European distributor network
Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors, acting as their primary commercial contact
Drive distributor engagement through regular business reviews, forecasting, and joint sales planning
Deliver relevant product specific training to distributors
Identify and develop new distributors where market coverage or performance needs strengthening
Support distributors in key customer engagements, tenders, and strategic opportunities
Ensure consistent positioning of Euroheater’s value proposition across markets
Collaborate with the CEO on pricing strategy, market prioritization, and growth initiatives
Gather and share market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive information
Represent Euroheater at trade fairs, industry events, and distributor meetings
About you
To succeed in this role, you are a commercially driven person with hands-on experience working with distributors and channel partners, including supporting them in sales processes involving public authorities, defense, civil protection, and emergency services, often in structured or tender-based procurement environments. You are used to working with technical products and have the ability to translate technical capabilities into added value for the customer. You bring an analytical yet entrepreneurial approach, identifying new opportunities and turning them into measurable business outcomes. Your communication style is persuasive, professional, and adaptable, allowing you to build credibility and influence across a variety of stakeholders and contexts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in international B2B and B to Government sales, through distributor or partner networks
Strong track record in technical or industrial products (e.g. heating, HVAC, defense, emergency equipment, industrial systems)
Experience selling to professional end users such as defense, civil protection, emergency services, or industrial customers is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Strong relationship-building skills and cultural understanding of European markets
Commercially driven, structured, and comfortable operating independently
A strong sense of ownership and accountability
Willingness to travel extensively within Europe
